I don't generally tend to gravitate toward the non-fiction novels as a source for book reviews... Well because simply speaking there is just a wealth of Horror & Science Fiction novels out there that not only do the job and do the job well...
Never-the-less though, I do like to break new ground on this site, and so I have been looking for that avenue in which to be able to review a non-fiction book... And well lets just say that I found one of the very few fictionalized non-fiction books that I personally found to be fascinating... And to be honest, only mildly entertaining... But it does have that strong element of non-fiction in it...
That novel being: 'Star Trek Chronology: The History Of The Future' (1993)!
Written by: Mike & Denise Okuda, this novel takes a look at history from the perspective of the Star Trek universe...

In the end, this book is very fascinating as it does give a more direct time line of Star Trek during that time, including: Star Trek: TOS, Star Trek: TNG, and in later editions, elements of, Star Trek: DS9, and Voyager as well as certain elements of the movies up till 1999!
In the end, if you are a huge trek fan, then I think that you might find that you like it, if not, then this maybe one to skip...
