I am very much aware of the fact that as it stands I have not completely reviewed any one series that I have started on this site (and I have started a few…)
Of course the reason for that being that I want to give you guys the best and the worst of Horror and Science Fiction so that you guys have a completely unbiased database to choose from when you are looking for a movie to watch… With that in mind though, I am glad that the first movie series that I was able to completely review was the, 'Ultimate Avengers' series!
Now you might be asking why this particular series was so important to me to review to its completion… Well simply put, I loved the Avengers movie series that Marvel has released, but in all truth, in a lot of respects, the animated movies reminded me more of the Cartoon/Comic Book superhero’s that I loved as a kid, and it gave me a chance to kind of walk down memory lane with these movies…
Sorry but I had to get all sentimental on you for a moment… The truth is, is these Animated movies really do remind me of the comic books and cartoons (based on comic book super hero’s) that I used to love when I was a kid… You know why?

Well besides the look being very similar, but also the action is very reminiscent of the comic books, the flow of the story line (which I don’t think anyone in Hollywood has figured out how to write as a live action story), has thought of yet...
Now that is that, the other side of these Animated movies that I also wanted to mention here is that these movies really are generally very well thought out in the design phase and the writing phase, and the animators, and cast that are doing the voice overs create the magic really nicely!
And all of that is largely what makes up the awesomeness (yeah I said it… awesomeness) that is the Ultimate Avengers series, including Ultimate Avengers 2 (2006)!

Written by: Boyd Kirkland (Batman: Mask Of The Phantasm), Craig Kyle (X-Men: Evolution) & Directed by: Will Meugniot (Jem), Dick Sebast (Sonic The Hedgehog), & Bob Richardson (Spider Man: The Animated Series). Starring: Justin Gross (Kidnap Party), Grey DeLisle (The Super Hero Squad), Michael Massee (Lost Highway), Marc Worden (Sky Blue), Olivia d’Abo (Point Of No Return), Nan McNamara (Not that Funny), Andre Ware (Die Hard With A Vengeance), Fred Tatasciore (Naruto), Nolan North (TMNT), David Boat (Wreck-It Ralph), Jim Ward (Cars), and Jeffery D. Sams (Waiting To Exhale).
Ultimate Avengers 2, takes place after the battle with the Aliens from the previous movie… At this point the Avengers are all split apart… Captain America (Gross) is working with S.H.I.E.L.D. and has made it back on to regular military missions (although with his past starting to catch up with him, he is getting more and more reckless with how he handles these missions…)

Hank Pym (North) and his wife Janet (DeLisle)… (AKA, Giant Man/Ant Man and Wasp) are busy trying to see what they can do to push Hank’s growing potential as much as possible (despite the life threatening consequences…)
Basically all of the Avengers have gone their separate ways… That is until the Alien Race from the first movie come back to finish their plans for world conquest, through the aide of their leader and shape shifting Nazi, Herr Kleiser (Ward)...
Now Kleiser starts off in the tiny Xenophobic nation of, ‘Wokanda’ a nation that is ruled by the Black Panther… A force for good that has been passed down from one Wokandan King to the next for lord only knows how long…
So Kleiser decides to take out the current Panther (whose son witnesses this and ultimately ends up watching his father die to save him…)
What T’Challa doesn’t realize, is that he is going to have to change his ways and force the rest of his country to do so, so that he can allow a re-constituted, ‘Avengers’ team in to the country, because without the Avengers T’Challa, Wokanda and the rest of the world don’t have a chance!
Ultimately rather you are a fan of Animation, the old comics, cartoons or are just looking for something that is fun and action packed… Well this movie may not be as good as the original, but I thought it was definitely worth the time, and you might to!
