Bruce Lee/Brandon Lee, both martial arts legends, both amazing talents, father and son & both taken in the prime of their careers... curse or coincidence?[/caption]Bruce Lee's son, Brandon Lee (The Crow) would later become in his own right a very well respected actor in the martial arts movie genre, but more so than anything, at the height of his career Brandon Lee would become a well known and beloved action movie star!
Unfortunately though, both of them would pass away in strange yet similar ways!
Now some people would say that the similarities in both of their death's is a 'curse' that had been brought on to the Lee family at some point probably during Bruce's life!
Now before we go in to the so-called, 'curse of the Lee family' (of course it depends on your point of view,) but the chances that there is some sort of magic or extra worldly force out there that can be controlled to the point where someone can utilize it to destroy someone or a group is very slim!
With that in mind I should probably explain to you guys the similarities in the actors and their death.
1. Bruce Lee is Brandon's father.
2. Both became martial artists and actors
3. At the height of both Bruce's and Brandon's careers, they both died while making a movie, (Bruce while filming, 'Enter The Dragon' and Brandon while filming, 'The Crow')
4. Even though both Brandon and Bruce didn't die of the same thing, both of them died at roughly the same time 20 years apart!
Now for the differences:
1. Technically Brandon and Bruce did not die exactly 20 years apart, Bruce Lee passed away on July 20th 1973, while Brandon Lee died on March 31st 1993.
2. Some people have claimed that both Brandon Lee and Bruce Lee died in a very similar way (both on the sets of their final movies), but whereas it is true that unfortunately Brandon Lee died while filming a scene from, 'The Crow', the truth is, is that Lee died of other means, no where near the set of, Enter The Dragon.

Bruce Lee with his infant son, 'Brandon Lee', it is tragic their passing, but their legacy lives on in the hearts and minds of their friends, their family and the legions of fan that to this day still love their work![/caption]Regardless of rather or not you believe that the circumstances of both Bruce and Brandon Lee's deaths was due to a curse or just had some bizarre circumstances... The fact of the matter is that the deaths of these beloved artists was a loss to the entertainment industry, but both Bruce and Brandon will always be remembered in the hearts and minds of the family that he left behind and the legions of fans they both have all over the world (Including yours truly!)
